Featured Non-Profits

Featured Non-Profits at the Women’s Fair!

Each year, the Women’s Fair features local non-profit organizations that provide much-needed services to women, children and families in our community.

Through the event, we feature each non-profit with an exhibitor space and the opportunity to speak on stage about their organization. In addition to raising awareness, we also raise funds for these organizations through the packages that are raffled off at the Women’s Fair.1396782_10152072905085838_1555312921_o

We look for non-profits that help women and families succeed in their every day lives. In the past, we have featured organizations like the YWCA of Missoula, the Jadyn Fred Foundation, Partnership for Children, Mountain Home, the Girls Way, Tamarack Grief Resource Center and the Playground Project and more!

Read about the featured non-profits.

In order to support their efforts, the Women’s Fair helps to increase awareness of these non-profits so you will learn more and get involved. The work that these special organizations do would not be possible without the generous support of supporters and donors right here in our local community.

“You did a great job on the Fair! The entertainment was spectacular, the Animal Wonders critters and people were amazing. Great medical info, too. We were pleased to get more than 100 signatures for the Montana Trap-Free Public Lands initiative as well as the opportunity for Footloose Montana to educate a lot of very interested people about animals and trapping.  Thank you very much, it was splendid.” – Connie Poten

“Great fair as always!! Thanks again, you guys are great! Would love the same spot for next year!” – Dr. Krieg

Below are some basic guidelines if you are considering exhibiting at the Women’s Fair. To apply as an Exhibitor at the Women’s Fair, fill out the 2019 Exhibitor Application. To fully understand exhibiting at the Women’s Fair, read the 2019 Exhibitor Handbook.

A Few Guidelines…

To ensure a wide selection of Exhibitors at the Women’s Fair, business categories are limited to three in each business category. Payment in full is required to reserve any space.

– Improve your image
– Build excitement for your company’s product or service
– Make money, make new contacts and increase your network

Our Marketing Strategy

Our extensive media campaign includes radio, television, event listings, interviews, social media and email campaigns. For less than the cost of an ad in the local newspaper, we will introduce you to hundreds of your potential customers. Exhibiting at the Women’s Fair offers one of the most cost-effective means of exposure to your target audience. Face-to-face advertising provides the ultimate opportunity to further broaden and brand your business in a positive and effective marketing environment. Imagine using another form of media to attain these objectives at the same price of our exhibit space!

All Exhibitor booths located inside the Ballroom are 8′ x 8′ and include black pipe and drape, one 6′ table and two banquet chairs. Double booths are 8′ x 16′ and include two tables and 4 chairs. We offer tablecloths for a small additional fee or bring your own.

Apply HERE for the Women’s Fair that will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 and help us celebrate International Women’s Day! You will be able to submit the application online and follow up with an online payment or check. Your booth space is not reserved until your application is submitted and payment has been made.
