It’s fun filled day packed full of prizes, entertainment, shopping, chair massage and more. Christopher and Abi Baumann from This Is Soul Events will be handling the sound and photography for the day while you enjoy all the many activities there are for you and your family!

WIN our $100 Cash Door Prize!

When you enter the Women’s Fair, you’ll receive a program and entry form. Visit 30 Exhibitors, then deposit your entry form at the front door. We will draw for the Raffle Items and $100 Cash  Door Prize after 3:30.

The 12th annual Women’s Fair opens at 11am and closes at 4pm. The day will be packed full of entertainment. Smile! We‘ll be taking photos and video all day and by attending you agree to allow us to use your photo in future promotions.

WIN A $100 CASH – Using your program, get initials from at least 30 Exhibitors and deposit your entry form at the front door. We will draw the winners from the stage around 3:30. You must be present to win.

ALL DAY – Besides shopping with exhibitors, you can get a Chair Massage, Reiki, Tarot Card and Palm Readings for $1 per minute. Take a minute and browse the Raffle Items near the stage. Raffle tickets are $4 each or 3 for $10. This is part of our fund-raising efforts for our Featured Non-Profits. There will also be Face-painting available. All proceeds from these activities benefit our Feature Non-profits, Race For Austen and MCT, Inc.

ALL DAY – “Do-It-Herself” Workshops  Pine & Company, Painting With A Twist, and Missoula Urban Demonstration (MUD) Project are offering workshops throughout the day.  Seating is limited and preregistration is required. Learn more about the workshops HERE.

ALL DAY – MCT, Inc. & Race For Austen

We feature local non-profit organizations that provide much-needed services to women, children and families in our community. Through the event, we feature each non-profit with an exhibitor space and the opportunity to speak on stage about their organization. In addition to raising awareness, we also raise funds for these organizations through the prize packages that are raffled off at the Women’s Fair.

11:00 – Summit Cheering Athletics
These performers from Summit Cheer will wow you with their cheer routines and tumbling skills! Summit is the longest and most successful all-star cheer program in Montana. Their facility offers the space and training equipment necessary for our athletes to be properly and safely trained. Their coaching staff is USASF certified and well trained in the varsity scoring system. This gives the Summit teams the best chance of being successful on the competition floor.

11:30 – Curtain Up Company! On Center Performing Arts
Performers from On Center Performing Arts will take the stage to do some jazz, musical theatre and lyrical routines! On Center is where the spirit of Broadway and the heart of the Big Sky intersect. The desire at On Center Performing Arts is to offer the very best instruction of all performance arts, while instilling an appreciation, discipline, and knowledge it takes to excel in the arts.

Noon  – Djebe Bara Community Dance and Drum
Djebe Bara Community Dance and Drum explores African dance, drum, music and song from a variety of traditions including, but not exclusive to, Guinea, Senegal, Mali, Zimbabwe and South Africa. The dance classes have live drumming and a variety of dance teachers in an informal setting that encourages self-expression, voice, and participation. All levels of dancers are welcome. Djebe Bara, created in 2008 by Missoula community members, strives to create a welcoming and friendly space for those interested in African dance and drum culture, to share and expand knowledge, support individual growth, and work with ideas of communal organization.

12:30 – Show Tyme Academy Dance Company
Show Tyme Academy for the Performing Arts is Missoula’s premier school for dance! Featuring classes in Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, and Ballet; and now offering Acting classes and private lessons, Show Tyme is your one-stop-shop for a Performing Arts education. Providing pre-professional quality classes, Show Tyme’s students are encouraged to stretch the creative limits of their imagination.

1:00 – Logan Lasher
Logan will be taking the stage to perform some original songs that he’s written.
1:30 – Montana Super Skippers
The Montana Super Skippers began over 36 years ago as a competitive jump rope team. Since that time it has continued the tradition of promoting the physical benefits and sport of jump rope. The team is comprised of jumpers ages 6 and older from schools all over Missoula county. “The Montana Super Skippers’ Club” meets once a week to have fun while learning the skills, confidence, and the health benefits of jump rope. The Tournament Team meets three times a week to prepare for Regional, National, and International competitions. They have been successful at achieving a high level of recognition at competitions, and they’ll show some of their skills and tricks at the Women’s Fair!
2:00 – Downtown Dance Collective
Have you ever seen a La Rueda de Casino Cuban Salsa? You will at the Women’s Fair when representatives from the Downtown Dance Collective take the stage! Since September 2007, the Downtown Dance Collective has been a place where artists and Missoulians of all stripes to experience the performing and visual arts. A place for Every Body and Every Ability to take dance and fitness classes, see performances, attend workshops, experience visual art exhibitions, and attend community events.

3:30 – $100 Door Prize and Raffle Winners Announced

Our lucky winners will be announced on the Main Stage. Stick around and enjoy the fun! Winners can take their prizes home with them directly from the Women’s Fair.
